FYI, we have an ATL Thread fantasy baseball league that we have been doing for years. We need to fill a spot this year. For anyone interested, I just started a new thread on the fantasy board. Check in over there and let me know you are interested. It is a keeper league and the Buy-in is $50. First place gets 400, 2nd gets 150, 3rd gets $50.

sure, there's a chance. Between injuries and Camargo potentially not performing, he's close enough at this point where there's certainly a chance.

Acuna went 3/3 with a homer and a steal today. The homerun ball sounded like a damn shotgun blast when he hit it.

It is going to be hard to keep Acuna out of the lineup early on

I haven't seen too many videos of him from behind the pitcher. Seems like most minor league vids are taken from behind and above the plate.

He looked very similar to Justin Upton there in that HR vid.

A lot of people have JUp as his comp in the majors. I think that could be a descent comp depending on how much his body fills out. Personally, I think he is more of a Gary Sheffield.

I do want to sign Moustakas. Give him a one year, 20 mil offer and see what he says, but I know we dont want to spend more money in 2018. It just makes too much damn sense.

Ender, Ozzie, Freddie, Moustakas, and Acuna would be a damn good top to the order.

I hope that's a typo.

Braves acquire Ryan Schimpf from the Rays for a PTBNL. Low Risk/Medium Reward move for a guy with some pop who can backup 3rd and allow Ruiz to get some more AAA ABs.

I just meant his swing and physical attributes. Wasn't really referring to what type of player he'll end up being.

I'm hoping he ends up being a hell of a lot more consistent than Upton, that's for sure.

Schimpf is interesting. I had him on my fantasy team last year because of his ability to hit HRs.

He sure does strike out a hell of a lot. Last year, the dude had 26 base hits, with 14 of those being HRs. How the hell is that even possible?
