have we seen if Trae is coming back this week? I was thinking about trying to make one of these home games but haven't seen anything, although I admittedly haven't tried too hard

Back tonight. Limited minutes.

As for John Collins, well, outside of Trae Young I can't think of a worse person to lose for over a quarter of the season.

He’s worth the price of a ticket. Special for sure.

Ehhh...Trae had an off night. Its gonna happen in an 82 game season. With no John to fall back on it leads to what we saw last night.

No one could hit a damn shot last night. They had open looks but nothing was going in.

Trae is better than we could have hoped and we got Cam Reddish in a way from the trade with Dallas. Even so Dallas likely got the best of the bargain. Doncic is flat out remarkable. He's an all time great talent. I think he made it clear he didn't want to play in Atlanta though. If that is true all he would have had to do is stay in Europe to either force a trade or re-enter the draft in 2020.
A lot depends on Reddish. He has to lose his man-gina. The guy is a big puss when opponents make even small contact when he drives. The guy also simply looks very passive. He has the talent to be really good though, here's hoping he grows a pair.

I was just joking, but Tadalafil is the generic name for Cialis

You missed the giant thread over on the OT??

Cialis/Viagra discussion on OT

At some point, someone mentions that you can order the liquid versions of these from "research" companies and the thread really takes off. Lots of mentions about being able to cut glass, and the like

welp, last night was incredibly frustrating. Trae with another fantastic game, yet Sacramento couldn't miss.

Defense needs to get better. I'm of the opinion now that we are likely too good to be able to hope for another top 5 pick. If that is the case, then the playoffs need to be the goal this year. If you aren't getting a top 3-5 pick in the draft, then losing is worthless. So with that said, we can't really lose these types of games. Sneak into the playoffs this year, get the youngsters some pressure experience while hopefully showcasing the team to potential free agents, and then profit next season.

It’s frustrating that the year when we can go all out for FAs that all the big name FAs are gone already. I think you can attract guys with a promising roster now. I believe we have that.

I want to win, but strategically we might be better off losing this season. The top of the 2020 draft will be loaded, a top 3 or 4 pick could add the final piece to a real contender.

there's no way this team is going to lose enough to be a top 5 pick again.

The way the draw is weighted now I'd say there's a reasonably good chance we land a top 5 pick. 39-43 got teams in the lottery last year. With Collins out 25 games I think it's likely we'll be somewhere in the 14 team lottery.

Also, when Trae keeps the ball on as many possessions as he did tonight 35 points, 11 assist and 8 boards still won't win you many games.
