Last Thanksgiving we did gumbo. Put hard boiled eggs in while it cooks, they suck up the spices. Damn good

I do gumbo in December, but have never tried that, sounds like a fantastic idea. I’m always looking for ways to use up my eggs... too many chickens at the moment.

PS:wife just came in earlier with a fricking can of yams and said “I’m going to make a sweet potato casserole”.
I was like: Bitch, ain’t no sweet potato casserole should ever be made with canned shite”

Me:Maybe the chickens will eat that shite, because my family and friends ain’t touching that garbage

I didn't notice deviled eggs on your list. Last time we made them we changed it up a bit and used blue cheese and hot sauce for a buffalo sauce type deviled egg. Really good
