Win 2 in the SEC tourney and we're in

A win today didn't guarantee anything. A loss doesn't either. If we can win 2 games in the SEC tournament, that would put us at 23-11 and most likely an at large 12 seed. We still have a very good chance to make the tournament, losing today doesn't count us out.

a couple of weeks ago we would all be thrilled to know we won 4 of our last 5. Bad games happen... look at Kansas today @ West Virginia. They were down by like 30 at one point.

You don't know what you're talking about. No one on the committee saw this game, it wasn't even televised locally. All they will see is a road loss and those don't count for much.

I think every possible excuse will be made to keep us out. They will see 20 pt loss to a sub-500 team and bash us. We have a major uphill climb. I don't really see us winning 2 in the SECT so get ready for insaNITy!

I disagree and think the opposite is true, people want Arkansas to be in the tournament for nostalgic reasons if nothing else. We went from not even on the bubble to the top of the bubble when we beat Kentucky at Rupp.

we weren't supposed to make it to the NCAA tourney this year any way. if we make it, it's just gravy on top

hopefully. I think it's sad just how hard it is to get in the NCAAT as an SEC team these days. Even UF has barely been given much attention or respect IMO. UK is down so the conference sucks

Yeah I was watching the Florida game earlier and they showed their awesome resume, and one of the commentators said "I think they get in" and he was being dead serious, not sarcastic.

Seriously. Florida is going HAM on the SEC and it seems like every time I turn on the TV it's some American conference game that has no importance whatsoever.

Oregon just beat #3 Arizona, they were on the inside of the bubble and are now firmly in the NCAAT.
We'll need to win two, but I think it's highly doable, we'll get the winner of Auburn/SC in the first game I believe, and will then most likely play Tenn I think, unless MSU or A&M upsets them.
Not set or official, I think that's what I saw though.

Tournament is now set.
Arkansas is the 5 seed and will play the winner of Auburn vs South Carolina.
If we win, we'll play Tennessee.
