A 160 pound WR?

They aren't that broke just too confident in the WRs they had last year but that area was a big problem as none of them except Armstrong were SEC level WRs.

I hope you have, since posting your feeling, been able to set aside your disappointment.

I haven’t seen Hasz but a few times this year and Washington twice today.

I’d like to see more than that. Especially with Bobby being known for using them.

I have a sneaking suspicion the reasoning leans towards the O-line needing help in pass protection. Even leaving the tight ends to block it's still shaky.

Run blocking is a completely different animal. They're fine there, but pass pro is iffy.

Me too. On some passing plays, it's hard to tell where the ball was supposed to go. I'll trade throws to the tight end for a few carries by the fullback. You wanna get us old people fired up? Tear off six yards up the middle.

I wouldn't put any blame on the receivers as sketchy as Green has been.

Cept Broden. Dude's reps need to go to Teslaa at this point.

I don't know if you remember Petrino's first year here. It took a miracle grab by TE Chris gragg to beat UL Monroe in the final seconds of the first game. The very next year it was him and DJ WIlliams tearing up the secondary. Just give them a year development with Green and Armstrong and the rest will follow. Haz has been a hell of a blocker so far and if we develop a passing game to go with this run game we will be better dangerous again. TWill is tearing it up on defense. I like this team.

Run 2 tight ends and let one free each time?

I hear you and that makes sense. The problem with that is that in today's game you don't have the luxury of expecting growth the next year. If the season goes the way we expect then anyone with any talent will be looking to move on to somewhere else. It sucks but the days of watching your program grow are over. It's a year by year game now.

I think Petrino is scare to death of Green throwing across the middle due to accuracy issues. You over throw those routes, it's a guaranteed interception. Unfortunately that's where TEs are usually open.
