We know their offense is shite and their D can't stop the run, which is what we do best.

Everyone is picking a tight, semi-low scoring game... Think 27-24 or 24-21.

What happens if we run all over them and we beat them 45-20?

Are we suddenly hopping up a few spots and people are saying we can beat Bama?

I think we score 30+

I’m just 50/50 on what they will look like. Part of me says we can hold them down but the other side of me says that max Johnson will look like Tom Brady

Yes.

Will we? Idk, Bryce is great at picking up those mid range passes. Our bad pass D combined with the bend don’t break, we will have to shoot it out with them. Like last year.

The same thing will happen as last year coming off a big A&M win. Except instead of Georgia it’ll be Alabama. Doesn’t mean we won’t stack a bunch of wins for the remainder of the season but our secondary gonna be a huge liability.

We will get Gameday, and we will either get embarrassed or we will get catapulted to #2 or 3

Wouldn't be embarrassing at all when Bama will be favored 20 plus.

I just don't see our secondary getting any stops against Young

It shouldn’t, but that Georgia game was pretty embarrassing and they were giant killers.

Then we would get overrated by a lot.

This game will likely be another close one. Our programs are just too similar.

More like Georgia as the green giant stepping on a bug.

I'm just hoping we run the ball, and run some more, and some more. I'm hoping every running back on our team has 25 carries, and time of possession ends up 40 minutes to 20 minutes. There's no way they win that kind of game.

If we can actually tackle this week, and get pressure on Max from the outside to keep him contained and hurried, we will win. I'm not really concerned about our run defense as we've done a good job in that area this year so far and rank 7th in the country. Achane will get some just like Spiller did last year, just have to keep it limited.

Also take into account, A&M has a young team. I looked the other day something like 27 of the 44 players on offensive and defensive 2 deep are sophomores or younger. All but 4 of their second string defense is true freshmen.

Also, people talk about that close game last year but forget KJ was out most of 2nd half due to injury, then he came back on and we went back to pushing it down their throats on that final drive. It was 17-3 when he got hurt.

Our defense could suck and we could lose by a touchdown or we come out fired up and have our heads on right and we beat them by 20.

Just depends on which defense shows up. I will say this. I expect Zach Williams to go off tomorrow. Their LOT was getting ate up and missing assignments left and right against Miami.

Vegas set this one up perfect to make money making us +2. People look at our struggle last week and the win over Miami and think, oh Aggies win easy.

I think getting Slusher back helps more than most people are assuming. I wouldn't be shocked if we shut their offense down. They have plenty of their own problems and their best offensive weapon plays to our defensive strength. At the same time it's just as easy to rationalize that the circus continues and Achane abuses us running short routes.

What I want to see is how consistently the offense can execute mistake-free, penalty-free football against their biggest test so far.

I Hope Odom plays Sanders as an Achane spy more or less

We also need to kick it out of the endzone every time. Achane can fly and in the app state and Miami game he made big plays when they let him return it.

What scares the hell out of me is how badly we covered the receivers that were the safety valve type, late out of the backfield or a late TE off the line type play. Petrino had that just about any time he wanted it, and with Achane, he could go house a couple of times on it.
