Definitely was a bitch to get to. The juice always was worth the squeeze when walking a sorostitute back. At the time they were doing construction for Maple Hill and there was the "Reid Rapist" that hung out at the construction site. There wasn't a girl on campus that would walk to Reid past midnight. Made it a turkey shoot if you just walked her back

I lived in Pomfret my Freshman year before moving to the fraternity house as a Sophomore and Junior. Pomfret sucked so damn bad.

Lived in Yocum first year and frat house after that until I lived off campus senior year. That was the first year of delayed Rush and pledges/freshmen couldn't live in the houses.

lot of pomfret people here. i am also one. pomfret '99. lived on D3. that hall perpetually smelled like a fricking bong. loved it.
2000, lived in humphreys.
lived off campus for awhile, then for my senior year, because my scholarship paid for on-campus living but not off-campus (of course changedthe year after i graduated) lived in the apartments at the bottom of the hill with a lot of grad and foreign students. pretty sure they were torn down a long time ago.

He made some negative comments about the state of Louisiana earlier tonight so it wouldn't be surprising. The admins don't take that stuff very well.

Like someone else said , moved into the fraternity house when I pledged. I can't believe that pledges don't live in the house anymore. Must be nice because living in the house while pledging and having drunk old heads come back from the bars for a little late night hazing session was a nightmare.

Lived in a frat house, with the exception of one summer session in Yocum (I think. Been too long ago)

Looks like a lot of us started out in Pomfret. At least walking up the hill helped keep off the freshman 15. The Pomfret dining center also helped with that.

Pomfret freshman year, Crownes for soph/Jr year, then house Sr year.
P-town wasn't that bad for me, I got lucky and didn't have a roommate so I just pushed the two beds together and put king sized memory foam on it.
