If you consider our level of mediocrity over the last 6 years, frick it. I would take Gus. He has hired solid defensive coordinators during his tenure at auburn. Some offensive performances have been great. We may only win 7 or 8 in the first few seasons. Since late in the season w the lsu/ole piss shutouts, our defense has been laughable. At the time w the information at hand, bielema was a reasonable hire. AD’s don’t necessarily have a crystal ball to see how coaches will pan out. I don’t fault Long for the hire, but I do fault him for the knee jerk extension after the 2 shutouts without evidence of a better body of of work to justify it. Bielema will be one of the worst coaches in Arkansas history by conference win/loss ratio.

Frick all this shite. Im actually excited about our basketball, baseball, and underwater basket weaving teams.

I was hoping to see him when he was with the Greenville Drive, but I'm glad he is doing well. We went to a Drive game last night and had a good time. Towards the end of the game, I heard a voice behind me say "West Memphis, Arkansas" and she ended up being from Memphis. I grew up in Marion so it was cool to talk with someone in South Carolina about home.
