He means the same thing that people mean when they say that Arkansas "gets the opportunity to play in Little Rock". The whole "other fans get to watch in person than just those in Fayetteville" argument.
However, there should be a minimum of 7 games in Fayetteville every year imo.

you Bert.... It is a OOC game at Memphis... Not the liberty bowl this time. It's all good and gives folks a chance to see a game that otherwise would not possibly be able to go.

Even if he was referring to the Liberty Bowl, that is the bar Hunter sets up for him to jump over each year, can't be mad at a man for meeting the expectations set for him the majority of the time at his job.

It almost reads to worst to say it allows us to play a road ooc game against a mid major in a dump stadium located in a crime ridden ghetto.
