Looks about right, Eastern OK and NWA need to stay alert today. I expect a upgrade to moderate sometime soon with the solar radiation going way up across that area this morning.

Men's baseball game against Grambling and the Ladybacks softball game against Ok State have both been cancelled due to man made climate change.

I think we might get upgraded to the moderate risk in NWA.
Conditions are getting more favorable for severe weather. Sun has been shining for a while.

For those that have apple devices, download an app from weather underground simply called "Storm" and use the storm tracks layer. 99 times out of 100 the app radar will pick up and show a tornadic signature 5-10 mins before the NWS ever issues a warning, reflected on the app with a red storm track. You can almost depend on the NWS issuing a warning for the area a short time later like clockwork, it's scary accurate.
It'll also give you much more accurate ETAs as far as cities/towns in the path of that signature or cell. You can also choose to use local radars to scan and show the same reflectivity and wind velocity scans the local news channels use, which is handy if you live in a lightly populated area that the news doesn't focus on much.
As far as the outlook for tonight, it looks like the primary tornado threat is in the northern half to 1/3rd of the state with the entirety of the state looking at large, damaging hail with straight line winds possible/likely.

I was surprised no upgrade at 11:30, we'll see at 3:00.

Enhanced risk now reduced to southern MO and eastern AR through Wed night.

I was a little surprised they downgraded NWA after releasing this two minutes prior
Need to stay alert regardless.

They've been all over the place on this system, even the time for it to move through.
