Might as well just embrace it. Until the hire-ups grow a set and hire some coaches with credentials (like Pitino), regardless of their track record, we are never going to be relevant in the other two sports.

Morris stepped in and out recruited the last 2 coaches we've had. If he doesn't get it done then he packs his shite and goes. Same with Dave. Anderson is the only coach in the country allowed to suck this bad at hos job and not be fired. It is unreal.

IDK, billy kennedy at TAMU hasn't set the world on fire either. But, I get the point. Love the dude, but he just doesn't have what it takes to succeed here.

Thank goodness Jeff Long didn't have to replace DVH or we would really be screwed.
I really started looking at his hires today and my lord did he suck at making good calls on coaches. Bobby's short term success is the only thing he had to hang his hat on when it came to his hires

Bielema’s highest average player ranking was 86.65 and Petrino’s was 87.24. Chad’s last class had an average player rating of 88.55.

He also signed a worse class than Bielema ever signed. The excuse will be made that it was a small class, but numbers matter, especially when 20+ players decide to leave the program.

So we don’t want to hold Mike responsible for his first season, but it is 100% on Chad for a class that (because of the early period) he had 2 weeks to recruit

You can do whatever you want, I'm just posting facts. You don't get to say he stepped in and out-recruited our previous two coaches when he actually stepped in and signed the worst class in the history of recruiting rankings. Then followed that up with an average class by Arkansas standards.

His 2018 class has a higher average player rating than all but one of Bielema’s classes, and he only had 2 weeks to close it out.

75% of 4 and 5 star players sign in the early period. Remove the unsigned players that would not meet eligibility requirements and there is not much left. You know this.

You can add all the qualifiers you want, the fact is Chad came in and signed the worst ranked class at Arkansas in the history of recruiting rankings. Then he signed an average class by Arkansas standards.
