I haven't watched many games in recent years, but I'm pretty sure that Anton Beard has regressed since his first year.

We made it tough on ourselves again, but still found a way to win.

I guess kudos to BoarEd for that obscure stat on 1 possession games. Posting that and then it happening is kind of like calling your shot.

Take this line and apply to to the rest of our games and let me know what our record is at the end of the year. We literally only won this game because Macon and CJ found their strokes and OSU couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat in the 2nd half. People that are ok with this have either completely given up on Arkansas being a good program again or just have no clue about basketball. We are the 2nd best coached team on the floor almost every game. Selfishness on fastbreaks leading to missed buckets instead of easy assists, complete lack of focus on rebounding, zero perimeter defense, guards that are still content with jacking up 3's early in the shot clock without even remotely looking inside. There are an abundance of issues that are going to come crashing down on this team the second we step on the floor against a contending team. SEVEN of our players shot free throws this game. ONLY TWO made at least two free throws. Take Thomas and Macon off the line and we went 1-8 tonight. Call it a melt all you want, it's 100% true and no one should be happy with the lack of progression from this team this far into conference play. We are objectively worse than we were at the start of the year.
