He's a good coach with a good Pedigree.
He has worked under both Leach and Gundy. He has been awarded coach of the year honors and he has won his conference championship.

I don't think Lane is bad. I think he is awesome.

Just meant as far as his "risk" or whatever people like to hold against Lane.
