I read that pettway was the last one needed to get to the # we needed for 29, but don't we need another? Hopefully deon Stewart goes with him

Yeah the only ones I feel somewhat bad about losing are Barnes, Williams and Munson. Pretty sad.

And then you see were they transferred. They all 3 seemed like great guys from interviews but we can definitely us their departures as a way to upgrade the talent.

With Pettway leaving we do hit the magic number.

We lost our best corner and now our best receiver, some of you are delusional.

Our best WR...LOL. That's not saying much.

Pulley was a decent corner when he kept his dick in his pants and when not constantly bragging about himself.

They were still the best at their respective positions and upperclassmen, losing them is not a positive.

But it’s ok to be bad if we’re a young team, right?

I agree they were good players, and would’ve rather seen others go before them.
None of us know the exact situation here but from personal experience if they were a cancer and causing problems in the locker room it doesn’t matter how good they were, the team’s better off with them gone.

Right. We're going to be bad again though. Chad needs to make a bowl next year so that his seat won't be on fire going into year 3.

Agreed but we were going to be bad with those players as well. Doesn't mean I didn't want them to stay though.

There's a difference to me between a guy declaring for the draft and being processed, Pettway had been here for a while and had plenty of chances to prove he was great but he didn't. The three I listed I just would have liked to see more from, thought Munson would have gotten a lot of PT next year.

Not sure why his seat would be on fire in just year 2, I mean we are bad, and young in year 8 in basketball...

It's not, it will be in year 3 if we don't make a bowl this year. Be better at reading.

I said it's ok to be bad with a young team. Missing a bowl next year will have Chad coaching for his job in year 3 though.
