Terrible news about Drake Lindsey

As some of us have seen Fayetteville native, and member of the illustrious Lindsey family, Drake Lindsey was arrested for under age drinking here yesterday.
You hate to see a QB who went 8-5 in a conference that currently wipes its arse with the SEC playing in Minnesota. Yeah, he's a drunk, big deal. We didn't even recruit him? WTF?
How many recruits that practically grew up on campus have we let go only for them to do well at other places? I'm not saying Lindsey is the second coming of Tim Tebow but how the hell did he not wind up on our team?

Please.... give me a mediocre QB who wins a lowly 8 games a season in a tougher conference.

The last Lindsey that deserved a scholarship from Arkansas was their Grandfather.

Hot take: this is why Casey Dick left. He was tired of us taking players, not playing them, and not recruiting others. That and wanting to win again is why he lashed out at Silverfield.

That would put him at what 15th all time best passing season?
I respect Bobby’s opinion on quarterbacks, but he wants a home run quarterback. He wanted it with deep balls with Mallett, and after Lamar, he wanted home run speed. He needed a Tyler Wilson and Brandon Allen, keep the chain moving quarterback. That seems like a Drake Lindsey wheelhouse.

Not sure, I do know it put him 13th in yards per game in the Big Ten.
