So is no one else worried that Norvell is doing well with Fuentes's players?

Seems like it's kind of risky hiring a guy who's succeeding at a mod major with another coaches players. We got into the mess we're in now by hiring a guy who maintained success but didn't have experience creating his own. Don't want to make that mistake again.

Awww geeze again? His recruiting actually improved over Fuentes and he was voted one if the best recruiters around. He is very good offensive scheming coach. His dream job us arkansas. But go ahead and hire his.

True enough, but these days we expect a new coach to start winning with somebody else's players pretty quickly.
