In the SEC, what is your reasoning behind games like Saturday?

Turnovers, missed field goals and stupid penalties.

my point, we aren’t always out talented like some like to say. There’s plenty of times we just frick up entirely

IDK Man, were we not out talented on paper on the offense.

That Oline has a ton of experience working together, and that RB is a heisman hopeful... Have you not heard?

I am thinking just maybe, we were out talented but still almost won... Right?

acoording to the box score, recruit rankings, nfl scouting, and what my own 2 eyes told, no we were not out talented at all.. Gordon’s longest rush of the day was 13 yards..

You know by watching the game that Arkansas had more talent.

The difference was the coaching that strongly favored Mike Gundy over Sam Pittman.

It sure didn't help preparing for OSU by starting the season playing UAPB.

Mistakes and discipline.

As much as it pains me, quote from bret comes to mind.

A lot of times games are lost rather than won.

Three sacks given up by the OL and no pressure from the defense.

As much as I want to scream coaching, like not kicking the FG on 4th and 5. Most of the mistakes are things that they have to know at this point. Running into the punt returner and dropping the pitch are things they have been coached on since JR high at least. Take those 2 out and we win the game handily. The pick 6 was bad luck. Perfectly timed hit and the ball fluttered to a d in the perfect position. Yes he needs to pull it down but we will live and die by his ability to extend, this one was a bad one but it hopefully balances by the end of the year.

I hated they felt that was necessary, but I fully understand why…..sigh..

running into your own returner twice, the pick, suplexing the dude, 2 missed FG's, there is enough blame to go around...

But, let's move on the UAB and get some momentum back, health back and keep up the improvement.

I see this year as Berts year of winning more than we thought after losing to a rent a win. We shall see.

Which can all be attributed to a soft arse coach. He isn’t a leader. He is a middle manager. He is great at making one area good, because he knows if he they suck, he can always come in and say “I think you are awesome but the boss is being a dick and really wishes you’d actually block someone.”

How about every snap hitting below Taylen Greens knees?

Have we had a season of clean snaps since Pittman has been here?

It’s really really hard to do the same thing you’ve been doing since junior high. These kids just suck and have no desire to do anything but ticktoc and not learn anything.

Were they centers in high school though? Or were they tackles? Most were the most athletic kids in their schools, so I figure they would play the most athletic part of the line.
