KJ quit as soon as he got paid.

I’d say that he is the only one to get paid, but everyone of them drive hellcats, Daytonas or scat pack Chargers.

Probably why we’re getting such awesome players. I’d say a Corvette is a bit of an upgrade from the rest of those. Maybe even enough to cause resentment(combined with a HC who plays favorites).

I would bet it depends on the OC we get and the QB options in the portal. If we land a good portal QB KJ will be playing for Briles at TCU barring a rando team overpaying for him out of desperation.

If the OC we get wants to run a complex offense then KJ needs to go. I still have trouble believing Enos was retarded enough to try it.

Apparently that was Pittmans pitch, use all that buyout money to pay for NIL and HY and the board/boosters went for it.

This makes sense. Give the man the ability to compete for the best players and see what happens. It’s hard to believe a quality coach would want to walk into situation where he can’t get the players to be successful. It’s about money now and the buyout money could go a long way in helping that. If he’s not successful he’ll leave the program with better players for the next guy.

It’s always been about money.

Honestly, I'm pretty much ready for him to move on.
He got his money, he's set the records, not much motivation for him to stay.
I honestly question his leadership, he may be doing more than I know - but I never recall seeing him anything on the field or on the sideline coaching up or encouraging his offensive teammates, or any enthusiasm. Just kind of a blank look.
His passing hasn't improved a great deal. He still needs to work on touch and accuracy. I know he was constantly under pressure this year and that had an effect, but still...
I thank him for the highlight reel runs, but that's about all that I consider outstanding from him.
Let's see what Criswell and Singleton can do.

Based on the effort I’ve seen from the OL (in particular) this year it seems to track. The overall inability for our AD and coaching staff to figure out how to execute doesn’t look good from the outside. In all reality, I’ve kind of given up on football relevance, let alone success for Arkansas. But I’ll never completely stop watching, celebrating, or bitching. It would be nice to see stability and competitiveness in fb but I think it goes way beyond just our coaching staff(not to say that they don’t deserve a ton of criticism - but we have a systemic level problem that involves BoT, entire AD, culture, coaching staff, et al.)

He's not a good QB.

- Body language is horrible.
- Leadership skills non-existent.
- When it comes to pass progression he cannot grasp it.
- Does no favors to our already inept offensive line.
