I think our offense will get better but damn we need to really make sure hammonds and warren have to sure up their hands if we are going to keep handing them the ball the fumble in the 2nd half was warren seeing a defender about to hit him and dropping the football. And focus on getting north and south. I know this is something we all saw during the game but looking back the blocking was surprisingly good if we can just protect the ball

When Hammonds enters the game, does that signal we're about to run a reverse? It seems like other teams are always prepared.

Go deep or run sweep. That seems to be it.

We did really well running stuck routes on our last scoring drive we hit woods and Henry with it and also the jet veer

The running game looked strong early, then of course injury happens and we see why the back up is the back up

It is refreshing to see actual effort from the oline, outside of Bama, the have faced the toughest opposition in the league right now.

Warren is doing fine. We need to make sure Hammonds never touches the ball again though.

I watched the Aubun/UGA replay.

Holy good their offense looked shockingly similar to ours.

2 plays of crap and then close your eyes and chuck it while getting flushed out of the pocket on 3rd down.

Eerily similar and terrible.

yeah these hurry up no huddle spread ones tend to do that when they don't have the timing down. timing is everything on early downs and then you athletes be athletes on 3rd.

I'm a wanna be believer in Briles, but he just hasn't gotten me over the hump yet.

That said, our O-Line play is so much better than years past that it almost makes up for the skill position execution flaws we've seen so far.

We've shown no sign of a running game yet...which doesn't bode well for a rainy day on the plains.

I will say I think Pittman will eventually heavily encourage briles to run the damn ball and stop being cute. Maybe it’s this week maybe it’s next but I think eventually they have that talk
