I understand Dale doesn't want to accept being mediocre and I'm 110% behind that. What he is doing isn't accepting anything though. He constantly bitches and complains.
Arkansas baseball was supposed to be down this year but we still managed to make the CWS and have a damn good shot of beating Miami tomorrow night.
How he can only focus on the negative is beyond me. Try living in the moment once in a while Dale. It's refreshing.

How can this moment be enjoyable when next year will be so bleak?
Recruiting is in the dumps, best players leaving, etc.
Likely miss the both tournaments all together.
But I'm the a-hole for expecting DVH to win a SEC title once in a decade and expect Arkansas to still be in Hoover during the weekend during the SEC-T.
There must be some building no one else has that DVH needs to accomplish this.

I know I will get downvotes from hell... but how about we all take a step back here?
All of us. Yeah, some of us have problems with Van Horn. Its on the record. Some of us don't. Its getting a bit personal here and the one bylaw of the tFlagship is we don't eat our own.
Maybe its time to agree that we disagree and not wallow in the mud like some fan bases on here that can't wait to tear into each other.

I agree with what you are saying about DVH needed to put out titles. He gets tons of support and money and next to zero trophies. You are right that that should be the end goal, not just making a tournament.

How many are still playing? Your definition of mediocrity is just as dumb as you are. Yeah, we would ALL love to have a national championship. Difference being, that when Mike Anderson fails to win a championship, or even reach the sweet 16, it's totally not Mike's problem. It's "the players." Mike can only "do so much." The players have "to execute." You know. Because baseball coaches can just WILL their players to hit a slider.
