We're soft as baby shite. We can't run and we're not fast. We're not tough. We're not strong. We have no endurance and hit a wall in the second half of games. We literally can't stop breaking our feet.
Herbert sucks and needs to go.

Quick reminder that our fat arse head coach and his boss, Captain Integrity need to get the frick out of Arkansas

Interestingly enough, for those who are interested in S&C, I would suggest reading a lot of work by Dan John. I think reading some of his work provides a lot of insights into S&C for athletes.
I think what happens a lot of times with S&C coaches is that they don't continually try and figure out what works with their athletes, or they get too caught up in the numbers game. For example, in the single minded drive to get weight room numbers up, they end up reducing performance in other areas.
I agree that Herbert has focused too much on getting people "bigger and stronger" instead of necessarily playing better. Some guys might play better at a lower weight (think Dexter McCluster or Michael Smith, Cedric Cobb, etc.). I went back and looked at several of Herbert's interviews, I notice "bigger and stronger" is a recurring phrase throughout all of them.

Bump.
Getting out-physicaled by all the spread teams we play is definitely Uncommon.

Auburn is a run first spread though. Not that surprising if we get out physicaled by them.

Doesn't mean we should let them treat us like Boggs and The Sisters treated Andy Dufresne.

Matt Jones mentioned an interesting tidbit a few weeks ago about how when he was playing, the coaches would have him and a few other skill players work out with the sprinters from the track team work on speed techniques and running. He said that Herb discontinued that, and intimidated that we were doing minimal running drills, if any.

We have that rare magical combination of big, weak, and slow. We can't move give me a win teams off the line of scrimmage.
Enos going with a hybrid hurry up/regular offense is the only way we've picked up short yardage situations.
Against FCS teams.
We may be the worst conditioned team on the FBS level. Let that sink in.
