More yankees, higher real estate costs, more blue voters. fricking transplant fricks.

So many on this board are celebrating in their Subaru's and Prius fig cars.

I'd hold Kristi Noem's hand, for sure.

NWA used to be so much better before the yankee and western fricks invaded it in hordes.

Having been raised in NWA, but having the majority of my family in Central and SE Arkansas has given me a different perspective on Arkansas and the people as a whole. I finally left NWA a year ago, and relocated to Central Arkansas. I wished everything would have lined up to where we could have done it sooner.

I'm kind of a dirt leg knuckle dragger anyway, so Central AR fits me and my family better.

I would rather have them than the ones moving in from California.

South Dakotans are just northern baws. Probably more conservative than most Arkansans

Believe it or not, this thread doesn't have anything to do with Central Arkansas.

They are moving 1000 jobs from there to here, that doesn't mean 1000 people are moving here. They may be offered relocation but not all will take it

Don't let your xenophobia overlook how good this is for the NWA economy. I would bet many of the folks don't relocate and many of the jobs end up being filled by more local folks
