Does anybody watch this show? I haven't, but I guess I'll have to watch it now.

Its a growing population center but I think mostly its because Hollywood is running low on acceptable bad guys.

I'm weird I just didn't think it was that great- overly Cajun accents get on my nerves and I think that was part of it but yes everyone but me thought it was stellar.

Season 1 is amazing, season two tried to get to cute and became a mess. I'll bet this season is much better. Watch season 1 to get an idea of how the show is set up.

Season 1 of True Detective was set in south Louisiana and featured the best 8 hours of television ever filmed. Season 2, set in some industrial town in California, was God-aweful.

Agreed. Season 1 was great, loved it.
Season 2 fell off but I still liked it, I just think Season 1 set the bar too high for 2 to follow up.
