NCAA Regional Final Rainout Rule.
NCAA rule says that a 3-1 team advances over a 2-1 team in a regional.....

They would try and play on Tuesday first since no other games have been pushed back in our region. And someone on Twitter took a screen shot of the rules and it stated that it would go to head to head record first and then if that’s tied then it would go to the highest seed.
