No it isn't, because you just proved that the teams that have beaten Bama have a better offense than defense. We have to beat Bama to win the SEC and sniff a national championship. How on earth can you say it's irrelevant that Bama is in our division?

You're speaking in broad generalities across all of college football instead of focusing on our particular situation at Arkansas because the facts don't support your opinion.

Whatever dude. All that proves is exactly what I've said. Alabama is irrelevant to my assertion that you must have the best defense you can muster if you want to win it all. Going by the last 17 years, you have approximately an 18% chance of winning it all if you don't have a top 10 defense. Going by the last 17 years, you still have a 70% chance of winning it all with an offense outside the top 10.

Laugh, scoff, dispute, challenge, bitch, fonch, have an aneurysm, shite your pants, you won't change the facts.
