Any opening of similar position throw client name into the chum for either a raise at current school or create another opening he can fill with another client and get a raise for both clients.

It's all about constant coaching carousel and changing jobs to get bigger/longer contract deals.

Hell of a deal administrations have allowed to be part of the sport.

Most of these coaches aren't worth 1/4 of what they make.

needs to be handled like NFL coaches contracts, 3 years, 5 years, and the only way they can go elsewhere is an agreement of the current team with contract terms worked out.

Kiff at Ole Miss came out looking like a charm, until his last few games including bowl

Unbelievable what they are making today!

Was told just a bit ago that this would not be happening if Pittman would’ve stuck to his word.

So take that for what it’s worth…seems like something happened between Briles turning down State and the TCU OC opening up with Pittman and KB.

Trickett?

Nahhh Man! Surely you jest!

I know I am gonna get hammered for this, and perhaps deservingly so. But I miss Dan Enos. That offense was spectacular to me...

I will show myself out now!

Briles is a good OC, no doubt. But my preference for an offense would be to be more multiple. Briles’ offense is pretty static - always in shotgun, running plays are mostly of the read option variety, little use of TE’s in the passing game.

I would love to see today’s typical pro style offense here, which does have some shotgun read option and RPO, but also goes under center with power run game and makes good use of the TE.

It’s worth approximately half a square of used toilet paper.

Losing Briles kinda hurts, but we should be able to upgrade.

The bigger hurt is the timing of him leaving.

Not sure. I’d post if I knew. Was just told Pittman is “four faced” which coming out of an older man’s mouth, is worse than two faced. But seems there was a falling out of sorts.
