When the mass exodus began, I wondered if Sam was in over his head. I’m beginning to think that some of these players and coaches are being processed. I do realize that view seems like a rose colored glasses view, but we’ve all said that Sam needs to develop a killer instinct to succeed. Maybe he has, maybe he’s learned that it’s cut throat at times? If he upgrades at Bowman's position we may actually come out in better shape on defense. Maybe…

I highly doubt all of this is being done to his pleasing. At best, I’d guess 60% of these moves are his plan, and the other 40% keeps him up at night. And more likely that it’s worse than that

Hollywood said he thinks most of these moves out by players/coaches are the result of them being processed, aka Sam wanted them to leave bc it wasn’t working out. I’m saying I highly doubt it, and more than likely it’s something like 50/50; meaning about half of the players/coaches leaving was his plan

some of this was bound to happen or needed to happen for roster purposes. but the amount of contributing guys we're losing is concerning too.

I have always thought that everyone who left and wasn’t a starter, was probably processed. But the ones who had significant minutes playing, I think that’s probably a problem.
