Bielema has continued to work for the Patriots following the completion of the draft, according to a report from ESPN’s Field Yates, and appears to be on track to be “involved with coaching duties as the team begins its rookie minicamp” on Friday.
Now, what does this mean for his long-term future? It’s still hard to say.
The Patriots have not officially added Bielema to their coaching staff, and the former Razorbacks coach would seem unlikely to do anything that might jeopardize the sizable buyout that Arkansas is paying him after dumping him for Chad Morris following a disappointing 2017 season.

Bert won't last with Pats...hes really only doing this just so he can namedrop Belichick when he's the Illinois Coach next year.

I don't think Champaign wants another losing coach after Zook, Beckman and Lovie lol.

Just because he was Arkansas worst coach doesn’t mean he sucks at everything. He has knowledge on developing NFL like talent along the trenches and running backs. He just sucked at the Arkansas job and learning how to adapt to what he was given. The NFL is a much better fit for Brett.
