If it motivates the defense then I guess you can show it.

I want high/low coordinated hit combinations on any pass thrown over the middle. I don't care if the pass is 15 yards over the receiver's head, I want the opposing offense to fear the middle of our defense.

Also, don't be afraid to coach your boys to give the dreaded Dirty Sanchez to opposing players anytime there is a dogpile on the field (look it up if unfamiliar).

Aside from Chavis and Drewbie, of course, what do y'all think of the rest of them?

Don't know anything about them. Hopefully they are like the Indians from Major League.

Herb was a damn grounder to the pitcher.

I like Caldwell, Cooper and Skipper a lot.

Caldwell for obvious reasons (he produced some great DL’s here), and Cooper and Skipper because they’ve coached at a high level in the SEC.

Hopefully, just maybe, we might have a defensive staff that knows and understands the dynamics of this conference.

Mark Smith being included is a little underwhelming but perhaps he’ll surprise.

Looks like that is more for recruiting purposes. Director of recruiting at SMU.

Cooper is the main secondary coach, and Smith is listed as a secondary coach so I would assume a much smaller role.

Yeah, but this part of his bio is interesting.

We're sure as shite going all-in for Texas recruiting. I could actually see this working out really well for us.

That would be my guess as well. I just allowed myself to get swept up in to the excitement of Skipper.
