I like Murphy... he is pretty coy and intelligent. I had dinner with he and Holt a couple years back after a football game.

That RazorCoverage tweet
I’ll never forget Wally making an absolute fool of himself and getting laughed off of Colin Cowherd’s old ESPN radio show.
Cowherd used to do a segment called the quick slants or something like that where he’d rapid fire through some sports news items and give regional or local media guys the opportunity to lend color commentary via 30 seconds or so on the phone. Colin touched on the fallout from Harleygate in 2012 and asked Wally what we were going to do from an interim standpoint, and Wally replies with something like “I think they’re going to hire Sean Payton.” Cowherd basically cut him off with an “ehhhhhh” and then started to laugh and then said something derisive like “yeah that’s not going to happen.”
I was freaking embarrassed as a Razorback fan that that dumbass was supposedly representing my program in a national radio spot. It was like he just perused Hogville for 5 seconds before calling in. MFer could not be more disconnected if he tried.

Most all are connected to different factions of the AD. The question should be:who’s going to share the facts and weed out the stupid 9th grade nonsense?
Answer is: Dart board

Well in a way we should be grateful for the Arkansas media when it comes to all things Razorback related. If Wally says something like "X is going to be the next Arkansas coach" then you can rest assured that won't be the case.

Is it just me or did Bill Walton ruin the Basketball tournement for anybody, i literally had to turn the sound off to watch the game. Just when you think ESPN could not get any worse.

For some reason those assholes at ESPN actually like that guy. I think it's because he's a living legend and they think people will like hearing him talk about whatever he wants because, duh, he's frickin Bill Walton.
It isn't just us that can't stand the guy, though. Those UCONN fans were saying the same stuff. Dude is insufferable. He talks about anything he can think of OTHER than the action on the court.
I doubt he lasts too much longer doing what he's doing. People will eventually start turning the shite off.
ETA: Although, I gotta say, when he DOES speak about the game, I listen to what the guy says. He knows basketball.

It was brutal. His schtick is funny, but when you have a team you're invested in involved in one of his games then it's awful. The split screen made it even worse.

Too true, he needs a better producer to keep him from wandering off on a tangent.

What was your favorite of the 12 tributaries that flow into some river?

Lol. That shite is infuriating.
I thought it was funny during the Oklahoma game when he remarked, "Trae Young has 16 points?! When did that happen." Some Oklahoma fan was like, "he just scored 8 fricking points in a row when you were talking about barbeque! (Or whatever he was babbling about)"
Lol

it was unreal, they would split screen and he would ramble on about someting completely stupid, heaven forbid we actually get some background on a player or something sports related. That guy is so goofy, i though dick vitile was the worst until that guy.
