Before even taking part in a fall practice.
You know, Bret was maybe a little (or a lot) too careful in his character evaluations, but we didn't have much happen under his watch.
I kind of expect activity like this to pick up a little under CCM.

I don’t think there’s a character issue here, just a bad decision and a learning opportunity

No, maybe not character - but bad decision making shows up in other areas too.
His first mistake was calling attention to himself by making an illegal U turn.
If you are going to get out and do something illegal, PLEASE have enough sense to not do things that attract attention.
Time and time again, it's not the drinking or smoking these guys are doing, it's the stupid stuff that gets them caught - loud music, illegal turns, out at 3 a.m. etc.

If our season is hinging on the dominance of Mike Woods, we were in bad shape anyway. Not saying he's a terrible player, I just haven't seen enough of him to think he could change our win total on the season

Considering the rest of our WRs and he was running with the ones and twos in spring ball after enrolling early...

This. When we finally get some thieves, drug runners, murders, and rapist we will know we have made it to the big time.

Worked for Auburn.

Fairley and Newton were world class criminals.

Depends what the meaning of what "world class is".... is.

BTW, Newton still hasn't been actually caught yet. Technically..... He's like the arch criminal of the SEC.

I tend to agree. He blew under the legal limit had he been over 21. Stupid decision, we'll see how he handles it from here.
