Mike has indeed moved the goal posts. When he was hired, many (including me) expected annual NCAA tournament participation like he has had at previous stops, but now we are thrilled with fringe tournament teams in year six. I hope we make a decent run, if we don't then the hot seat talk will be warranted going into next year.

For what? We won a game at home against a middle of the road sec team.

I know I'm one of the piss and moan guys around here, but I really am proud of the way MA has been coaching these last two games and the way the players have responded lately to that coaching as well. Great job Coach A! Keep it up!

I'm still not on the MA bus, but I'm thinking about placing one toe on it. There's been too many shitty losses over the years for me to change my feelings solely based on the past three games. I'll say this though....if we get into the tourney (we should) and get to the field of 16, I will at least put one foot on the MA bandwagon.

My brother keeps texting me about how we need to hurry and give mike that 2 year extension. I don't believe he means it. He just knows it pisses me off


I'm not willing to give mike anything after this year. Dance win or not. I need to see more consistency over a couple years before I pull that trigger. Right now I still side more with the fire mike than the give him an extension side. If those are the 2 extremes. I'd say I'm middle fire him. Luke warm is about right, but hell we keep winning I might be moderately warm before long.
