A&M is a for sure win at home, moreso than Georgia.

This team is a fragile as a 100 year old mirror..

We could win them all or lose them all.

There is one leader on this team and that's Marshawn, as he goes this team goes.

Some current players on this team need to be processed before next year, get Kingsley, Portis and Harris in here and we'll be better next year.

Not really at home, 4 of our last 7 are at home and I don't think we'll lose any of them, if we do, I think it's Mizzou.

And like I said, on the road, it's mental. We've had success at Auburn, went in there and played like it was a home game and pretty well led the entire 2nd half and shot pretty well.

We've had success at LSU, I think we'll take them like Auburn.

If we win out at home, and take LSU, we're dancing.

I still think we must win out at home, beat Mizzou in Colombia and win in Baton Rouge to get to the dance.

I think Mizzou will blow us out in Como.

Just for comparison, Lunardi's last team into the Tournament after tonight is Cal.

Cal is 15-9 (7-5) with a pair of good wins over Oregon and Arizona, and a pair of bad losses to Harvard and Washington.

Like Arkansas, they lost their tough OOC games (Wisky, UNLV, Creighton) and lost to ASU mutually.

Cal checks in with the #51 RPI, Arkansas is #58 (sagarin).

We also have the higher RPI teams remaining as Mizzou, Florida, and Kentucky are all RPI Top 25 teams. Cal only has 1 remaining game vs an RPI Top 40 team (Colorado at #37).

I think it's looking better and better for us in the SEC Tourney. Outside of Florida there aren't any matchups that are bad for the hogs.

I have started praying heavily that we would be blessed with a win in COMO. It would greatly help our resume and the sailing that would take place would be epic.

I think we finish

Georgia - Win
@ Florida - Loss
@ LSU - Win
Kentucky - Win
@ Mizzou - Tossup
aTm - Win

4-2/5-1 put us in the 20 win category, win one or two in the tournament and there is a pretty good shot since we would be considered a hot team going in.

If conference play ended today we would be in the 2nd round playing the winner of Vandy/Miss ST and a win there puts us playing Ole Miss

They almost lost to Georgia at home. I think we match up well against them since if we play it will be in Nashville and not Oxford.

Buckner and Holloway are matchup nightmares for us. Have been for 4 years.

The problem being we have some disastrous losses on the road against some downright sorry teams.

18 pt loss at aTm
21 pt loss at USCe.
18 pt loss at Vandy.

Plus we lost both games in Vegas.

That aTm game was complete garbage and still pisses me off.

If we get blown out 1 more time we don't deserve NCAA. I like our chances at NIT though. The cool aid drinkers won't like this but we're very average in a pretty bad basketball conference.

I think we have potential as a team, but honestly the sign of a very young team is that we play well at home, and not as well on the road.

From an energy standpoint, we feed off the crowd enormously, and the difference is obvious, especially on the defensive end.

From an offensive standpoint, we're not very good. We need to be able to consistently hit a jumpshot, so we can use BJ Young's talent more effectively. A lot of times, our offense just amounts to BJ driving and us either taking advantages of defensive breakdowns or getting some offensive rebounds or something. Sometimes we can get something going with Powell inside, but offensively, we need work.

Hopefully next season we can develop a bit more on the offensive end.

So, we took care of UGA tonight, and our RPI jumped three spots on liverpi. Sit at 17-9(8-5) which is tied for 4th in the SEC.

We MUST win one of the two upcoming games @Florida and @LSU.

Unfortunately, the last team into the tournament per Bracketology, California, went on the road and beat #23 Oregon tonight.

Definitely not good for us and our zero road wins worth a shite.

Was reading Hogville, good god they're so dumb.

"We would be soooo bad without Powell and Young"

Teams would be bad without their two top scorers? No shite? Welcome to Basketball.

Powell is gone, he graduates in May and another year isn't going to magically make the NBA want him. He will have a nice lengthy career over seas.

For once in I don't know how long a guy who actually contributed to the team in a meaningful way will be leaving with a degree in hand, never thought that would have been Powell, but good for him.

We've moved into the next four out category on Bracketology.
