As in where the coaches became well known. The Nutts are royalty in central Arkansas. The people love them down there and think that the entire administration should be filled with Nutts. Just listen to the Buzz and you will hear the idiots begging for Hootie to come back.
On the other end of the spectrum they hate Malzahn because he ended their Nutt party. Malzahn is the epitome of NWA to them. Younger, smarter, more success, and capable of innovating and capitalizing on new trends to create success.
They also think that if we hire Nutt that we will move all the games to waste management stadium.
Now.... do I want Gus hired? NO. But I don't hate him. I understand that that ship has passed. However, I'd take him in a heartbeat over that piece of shite Nutt.

Would anybody be clammoring for Nutt if he was from New Hampshire? Would anybody care about the Nutts if their family wasn't a major part of little rock athletics? Would anybody give a shite about Nutt if he didn't hype up the toilet bowl?

It all stems to one thing - location.

This is also another reason why some are vehemetly against hiring Drinkwitz. I agree that he needs some more experience but there are some people who say NEVER to Drinkwitz..... why never?
ANSWER: He coached high school ball in NWA.
UALR needs to start up a football program and let Nutt be god down there. Keep that shite away from here. Too many damn people who never step foot on campus trying to make decisions that impact the alumni, donors, and season ticket holders just so their little rock ego can be fluffed.

Also.... there is a small portion of fans who HATE Kiffin. They are making noise on social media about boycotting the program (similar to Tenner and Schiano) if we hire Lane. Everyone of them are Nutthuggers. There reason for hating Lane? He spent a couple of his childhood years in NWA when his dad coached the Hogs. I hope Lane gets the job just to piss them off.
I know the instant reply will be that I'm blowing up this recent Nutthuger resurgence but I'm not.
