And y'all downvoted the shite out of me. LINK UofH has tons of wealthy alumni and are doing everything they possibly can to no longer be known as a mid major. Y'all should have seen this coming.

Isn't the rumor still 3M/year? If that is the case it didn't have much to do with money if he turned down an extra million a year. Looks like it has something to do with his son and coach in waiting.

If the Kellen as head coach in waiting stipulation is true, then I think Yuracheck got this one right. That's a non-starter for me. Not only for the son of the coach, but one who has zero head coaching experience.
Can't blame Kelvin for wanting to help his son's career, but a better parenting decision may be to have your son go out and earn it himself.

All of the Arkansas media just ran with it because of the connection to HY. It was the easy thing to do. They were all to lazy to actually put in work and figure out that Greg Marshall is the one who is being courted.

Sampson was the laziest choice, not necessarily the best one. I would have been more than happy for Sampson, but I think most fans typically have him as around their third choice. I'd be a lot more upset if the guy wasn't 63 and probably a handful of years away from retirement anyway.
