Seems to be pretty locked up. Just looking for a spot for me and my son. Deer or duck or both. Thanks.

I'll let you hunt free on my land, if you bring me 4 30 packs and a case of listerine

Good deer hunting land is locked up around here. Make friends.

I hunt on friend's land in western Benton County. There might be some on Craigslist out 16. Madison County isn't a terrible drive, especially for hunting heading out early in the morning.

Best bet is to network at church or at work. Or camp somewhere south of Ft Smith in National Forest land. Scott County two hrs south is mostly national forest.

What kind of length of lease? 5k is on the very low side but my land is in Arkansas county and 4 hours from NWA.

When I went to school there which was well, some time ago, there weren’t many deer and they didn’t have much of a Deer Season. It’s dramatically different now and they have some good harvest numbers. Here’s a forum link where you might get some lease info. LINK

A few years ago there used to be signs on 412 out by Carrollton. If you have Facebook, find a yard sale page in the area you're wanting and post what you're willing to spend. IIRC though, it was 5k and I think there was some type of solid structures on the property like cabins or something as part of the deal. It's been way too long, but I'm sure you can find somewhere.
