Don't think it mattered who was behind center the past couple years. Performance didn't change no matter who it was. We tried starting guys we recruited, we tried starting transfers, we tried starting the home grown guys, we tried the Texas guys. Nothing changed. Theorizing changes is good for conversation but I think it's beyond obvious now that the foundation was the problem.

My personal ranking...and I believe it will line up with their 'stars' ranking out of HS would be:
King over Franks, but Franks is certainly welcome if King isn't coming...we don't need them both for sure (we shoulda learned that from last year).
Hornsby is a desired get regardless as he represents a lot more future in any circumstance.
We have KJ but he hasn't proven much yet. Glad he's here and optimistic about his development under Briles, but only having one QB in the SEC is not very reassuring (especially when we aren't sure if we have one here or not).

Davenport said this morning that it really looks like Frank's may be the guy because of this weekend is the last time to enroll at UA for the spring semester.
He basically said that with a visit lined up this weekend, signs would point to him coming.
He also Said he's heard mixed stuff on King. One guy said he's very interested in Arkansas and one guy said he's heard he wants to go somewhere better.

Briles has a history of making chicken salad out of chicken shite, and Frank's is much closer to shite than salad. He has all the tools, but is immature, and a terrible decision maker. Also not the most accurate.

Year before last stats, are fairly good... Last season his injury took him out too soon...

I am not sure where he ends up. I don't think it will be lsu. Probably bama if I had to guess. I'm guessing we are taking Frank's though
