We have had enough trash play at QB, I don’t see Franks being any better than what we currently have.

You guys are like a out of work tute turning down a flacid member with a $100 bill taped to it.
We have no decent QBs on campus. Heck we barely have enough warm bodies. I'll take Franks, King, and Hornsby if they want to be here and be happy with it.

Felipe Franks HS recruiting ranking would be 10th on Arkansas' All Time Football Recruits.

I’d take Franks if he can get here by the cutoff for the spring semester. We really need the guy that’s selected to go through spring practice

Eh, dude threw for 24 TDs and 6 INTs in 2018. In the right offense, he'd do fine.

aww, ok... but I do agree....
When you are a crap program for several years, you can spray paint it... cover it up, but until you finally remove it, the stench is still there...

I would be fine with it as it would give us the chance to go with "Alpacamania is running wild!"

Ehh idk, I agree we don’t have many options but I wouldn’t want to waste a spot on the roster. I’m praying we get King but it probably can’t get any worse at QB than we have been.

We're in no position to be picky, but when you have QBs like D'Eriq King looking at your school as a landing spot, Franks becomes less attractive as an option, as if he didn't already have a ton of baggage that would come with him anyway. Don't think he'd be much of an improvement and definitely don't think he'd inspire the kind of locker room Pitt's trying to build. He even wore thin on Florida fans. Just don't think it's worth it.

I don't think we should be going after random quarterbacks just because they might be better. Already went down that road with Hicks and Starkel, when we would have been better off just giving Noland the starting job.
