The back and forth can’t be good for the locker room chemistry. If I was coach, I’d sit Braylen and let the other guys start. Let Russell get some 4th quarter reps or something

I don’t know the situation with Russell and his influencers, nor does anyone else here.
I’d assume that someone encouraged him to make more money, not necessarily for him but for them to profit as well. He’s just a kid and is vulnerable to the greed of others. But that’s just a guess on my part.
I’m not going to judge him on this because I just don’t know what happened. He’s a good player and I hope he does well here.

Ahem, 300K asked for 500k, OM balked, Kansas... thought about it and balked as well. He repented... and it is true that he wanted to stay at Arkansas, but... $$$ talks.
His dad was using social media to get more hog fans to support NIL for him specifically. Tough situation.

We're past the days of these adults not having their decisions and negotiations questioned.....
If leaving your team to shop around has no consequences then why wouldn't everyone do it to negotiate for more?

I generally don't care about the Liberty Bowl tomorrow, but there is a big part of me that wants two players in particular to BALL OUT and have the games of their lives...
