But also realize Golesh might’ve seen that as a sign pointing to bigger issues. Like he told Hunter, no matter what it wasn’t supposed to leak.

Exactly this. It also opens the door for other schools to be like “ok we counter with this”. If you can’t trust your new boss to keep a secret for week you can’t really take your chance there?

Not directed solely at you but can we please not make up things to justify being left at the alter by coaches? Golash and Killin both took better opportunities. Until our admin is flushed, we are a bottom school in the P4. Period. No spin. No "we were there but the wife didn't like the school system" bullshite.

Message board rumors? Our literal media put out before Kiffins last game we had an agreement with him. Unreal how obtuse you’re being to the issue

After Morris and Pittman, HY had a chance to really knock this one out of the park. Plenty of time to search and interview. It is absolutely baffling to me that he managed to really screw this one up. There are no excuses possible either. The guy had weeks to get it right and this is what happens.
I do feel bad for Silverfield to a certain extent, not meaning the millions the guy is gonna make. He could possibly be handed a shite sandwich because who knows what the NIL situation is gonna look like, especially now. The guy wants the job but is walking into a program that is the worst in the conference with a fan base that is absolutely pissed that he is the coach. HY should be ashamed.

Ok. Settling down from my melt. I thought Morris was a good hire and that imploded. Didn’t love Pittman but gave it a chance. That sucked.
Maybe this is gonna be ok. Heck at this point I have no idea.
Guess he’s our coach now so might as well figure it out.

Let’s be honest. That was leaked by Kiffin and Golesh both to use us as leverage for the jobs they actually wanted.
