I dont think we will mid season or atleast not if we beat wku. now we may part way at end of season or some other inopportune moment where we ruin a recruiting cycle.

Sure..... and I bet whatever competition Hicks and Starkel played against in high school is/was better than Glen Rose and whoever Ty Storey played in high school BUT.... Ty Storey is 3-0 as a starter and probably will beat whatever Texas "stud" Morris lines up against him.

But you know - wait till Morris gets his guys, bare cupboard, locker room cancers blah blah blah.

Everybody owes the Allen brothers and Ty Storey an apology. At least those guys had heart. None of this t-shirt or sideline drama. They took beatings - kept getting up - and kept trying.

Gus was coaching against the likes of West Fork and Elkins not too long ago and he can coach circles around our beloved Texas HS superstar coach. I wish our fans could stop constantly sucking Texas football's dong. Most of our best players seem to come from states other than Texas.

People's dislike of Chad is clouding their judgement a little here. We'd normally be pumped about a recruit like Chandler Morris; a high-end, elite 11 Texas QB ranked fairly high.

I don't think he'll ever play a meaningful snap here just because we'll have to fire his dad, but it's nothing to do with lack of skill. Kid can ball.

And KJ was the QB everyone was jerking off to last year and look where he is on this year's depth chart. Behind both Texas guys AND Jerry's grandson. Typical overhyping of an instate QB. Happens every year whether we sign them or not.

Again, we're here with so much ammo to go after Chad with, yet people are settling on the stuff that doesn't even make sense to criticize. I'm fed up with Chad but this is just dumb. Especially considering if he gets canned, this class means jack shite anyway.
