I don’t think there is anything wrong with him. He has shown more ability to build than Norvell has. Norvell had his built for him.

That should give us TONS of options.
Let's not forget Norvell's recruiting or the questions around him putting together a top shelf staff.
There's plenty of unknowns surrounding both of them. To say one is for sure better than the other is pure conjecture.

Agreed. I would take him over Norvell. At the very least I don't think there is much reason to believe Norvell is a way better option. I can see someone having a preference for one or the other, but loving Norvell and hating a Morris hire seems strange.
