Certainly wouldn't mind that one bit, I can at least see some value in keeping Johnson if we do though.

Depending on how many more spots open up I would like the following

1. Another big
2. Wing that can shoot/defend
3. Veteran PG

I still say we need another big banger that way Williams can slide to the 4 where I think he’ll be more successful.

Much like Bacot helped Manek for UNC.

Muss said in an article this weekend he’d already met with JWill and he told him if he returns he has to get away from taking so many charges and learn to play vertical.

Another 6’11 type guy down low would help with that.

As for a good experienced PG, I doubt many are willing to come when you have what we have coming in at guard. Why would I go play second fiddle to a lottery pick like Smith when I can go be the main show somewhere else.

Yeah Black and Smith are guaranteed starters so very hard to pull a good transfer guard to be a 6th man type bench role in their final year of eligibility.

You obviously are not going to get one of the higher end ones but there are plenty of solid mid major PGs that would be happy to fight for a back up spot on the team. Guards are really not a need and why I put that last but could be very handy to have a trusted guard in backup duty, otherwise the only person with any exp. would be devo. If that type of player is playing late into the season we probably had some major injury or development issues.

By entering his name in the draft, he will get the opportunity to participate in the NBA Combine from May 16-22. Williams will then have 10 days from the end of the combine to either keep his name in the draft or remove it and come back to Arkansas.

What about Shaqs kid? Wasn’t he a 4 star? He was at LSU this past year and everyone of their kids hit the portal.

Shareef O’Neal is 6-9 and would be a Covid Sophomore 4 star out of High School.

Shaqir is 6-7 only a 3 star playing at Texas Southern.

Need to put the full court press on Terrance Shannon if we're not already recruiting him.
