I think once these coaches get any of these power 5 jobs, it is harder to poach them away.

We had a top 5 coach seemingly locked up until our limp wristed AD got involved and fricked it up. Any other hire is guaranteed to be a downgrade so yes people are pissed.
I see the usual “blame the fans for being angry about watching the program be set on fire” is back though
