The ONLY way we have 9-11 wins next year is IF..
1. The OL we currently have improves significantly. If we have to rely on some of the incoming players that's a bad sign. While they may be good enough.. they are still freshmen.
2. The defense is no longer a steaming pile of shite. The DL talent is there. LB talent is good enough. However the secondary has to improve.
- The above is all on Bert's shoulders. If he sticks with Rob Smith he better pray to God he fixes that unit.
We already know Austin Allen has all the tools. The receiving core, tight ends, and running back units are all in great shape.
Basically all Bert has to do is take the current team and make them better EVERY GAME not every other game.
I believe there is enough talent across the board to do it, but it's time to put up or shut up Bert.

Agreed but I actually think the secondary will still be better than the defensive line next yeaf. Also, I look for Johnny Gibson to be a force and I wonder who will be the kicker next year

Bielema said today he may tinker with using the 3-4 more in the future, so there's that.

I think we'll be good, I'm hoping for another 6/7 win season or better.

8 is OK after back to back 7 win seasons i think next year, but he better do better than that in 2018. If he wins 9 or more next year I'd be very happt. If it's another 7 win season or worse I will have officially given up on brets ability to get it done long term.

We may get a few lucky bounces and win 9 but I'd guess 7 - 5 again.

Hell of were just within 10 points in all of our games and only win 7 or 8 I'd be happy. Just please no more blowouts. That's embarrassing
