Bout to turn 40. Was too young to understand the 94 championship and how special it was. 98 was when I started going to a lot of football games so it was fun to see the stadium going crazy and some winning success. That Kentucky game at Little Rock still brings back memories. There are some good times but man there’s a lot of wtf. Going to school during the Heath and Pel years in basketball sucked.

I hold onto that 94 championship for dear life.

I was 3 when it happened, but the fake memories I have of it are real to me damnit.

Under 50. I remember where I was when Scotty hit the three. Also remember where I was when we dropped the foul ball and the sternover. These things are burned in my memory like 9/11, the OJ chase, and trump assignation attempt.

the sternover
Literally one of my first actual sports memories. Vividly remember it being the first time I actually felt a room full of people completely deflate. Don't think I experienced anything like it again until Mallett's interception in the Sugar Bowl.

But remember guys.. as long as ole miss doesn’t win a title in the next 10 years, we’ve still got the hunter heave

Overblown, watching it real time thinking "OK, their will get them tomorrow, that's baseball"

The next game was when DVH removed the mask for all to see what he is as a HC.

But Boston fans blamed Bill Buckner for 30+ years.

Razorback basketball was my first love and I was 5 when we won it in 94 and remember it, but I vividly remember bawling my eyes out in 95 and my dad saying “don’t worry bud they’ll be back next year” from that point on I’ve had trust issues and lived the tortured razorback life…

I was 14, it was the greatest sports moment of my life.

It’s all went downhill from there

You really felt that way? I think most knew immediately it was over when that ball hit the ground.

In football terms it would be like giving up a 4 possession lead in the 4th quarter. The team that does that, is probably not about to win in overtime

Yes. That wasn't a walk off play.

I naively thought DVH will get them ready and motivate them, no way does he let the better team lose the championship with back to back losses.

sadly we were not the better team. The pedo pitcher they had would have been a top 10 pick if the “issues” he had didn’t come out. And their 4 hole was adley rutschman.
