I want to get ahead of the game, the sudden switch from the nearly decade long composite rankings, rivals sucks narrative to Rivals great, muh average stars narrative this year took me by surprise.

I understand why some want to pump it. Every fan base likes to inflate their numbers but we don't even need to use Rivals for this class. Even using composite shows the class is way above average for us.

And we should be thankful that he acknowledges that, and plans to change it. Unlike CBB who had a drink, and went to bed during film sessions. Or Bobby P who just got fired in year 5 at Louisville.

I am sure, if he had been allowed to ditch 25 of these guys, and bring in different players via some kind of draft... He would have.
But being STUCK with mediocre players, that are upper classmen in a few positons.. .whelp, what can you do?

Ok so if Sanford stuffs us and we lose to them and go 2-10 year 1 with bert or tj hammonds doesnt have a career game against coastal Carolina last year do you say the same thing? Coaches can only put you in a position to win or lose do you not understand that? Have you ever played sports? The win loss is not the end all be all when it comes to how your team is playing

Finish better than 2-10, every prior HC in Razorback history has been able to do that.

Chad is 12-0 in the Moral Victory portion of the schedule.
Unfortunate for Chad, win/losses is the end all be all when the games are being scored and the pads replace the flags in football.
The mindset that wins/losses aren't the end all be all is how you finish 2-10.

Boom - there is an extra win. A good portion of angry fans aren't that mad. They say "hey - at least he matched Bielema's first season" Some might even say he did better b/c of talent or b/c he had to win in higher elevation yada yada
Win that game by being the coach you said you were.... Not f'n hard.
