I think that comment is more of a joke but congrats to whoever is getting that G league championship.

We haven't been in it for Nelson for awhile.

Holland decided days ago for G League.

UH out.

I felt that we could outbid a G league team. Guess I was wrong.

Missouri's Kobe Brown, a projected second-round pick, will be keeping his name in the draft, sources told CBS Sports. The 6-8 senior averaged 15.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists. He shot 45.5% from 3 and was a top-five player in the SEC.

Connor Vanover is visiting Missouri today. Lol.

Oscar Tshiebwe, the 2022 National Player of the Year, is expected to turn pro and not return to Kentucky barring any unforeseen changes, multiple industry sources tell @247Sports.

One day people will realize that the G League is the Minor Leagues and its not worth it for high profile high school kids to go to college anymore.

Look at Brandon Miller, NSJ, and Noah Clowney. All 3 would have probably been high draft picks by going to the G League . I suspect you'll start seeing anybody who could potentially be picked as a 1st round pick go to the G League in the next year or two. Holland, Buzelis, Johnson, and Pate are all top 30 prospects projected as 1st rounders who signed with Ignite.

Next year you'll likely see 8-10 kids sign with Ignite or other G league teams.

G League Ignite is expected to have 3 picks in lottery or top 20 for this upcoming draft.

Scoot, Leonard Miller and Sidy Cissoko.

They had 3 drafted last year Dyson Daniels, MarJon Beauchamp and Jaden Hardy. Also had 3 drafted in 2021 Jalen Green, Jonathan Kuminga and Isaiah Todd.

It's not surprising to create a team providing another path before the NBA draft for prospects and they want legimaticy and top players/top draft picks yearly is what that takes.

OTE with the Thompson twins will have the first draft picks in this draft for that league.

The other Texas signee went to the NBL league in Australia to play for a year before the draft.
