I would think just Holland and Brown alone would do it with everything else we’ve added. That’d be arguably our most talented team ever on paper, I would think.
Holland + Devo and call it a day
I’d love Brown too but we’re already a contender without him in that scenario

The melt from Missori would be an all timer.

PG is so tough to project next year
Blocker
Menifield
Ellis
Mark
All legit options
Mark is probably the darkhorse because it's easy to assume he'll fit in better was a wing player, but he played PG for Houston in 2022. Metrics say he was actually a little more efficient in that role. Plus we've seen that Muss likes size at PG, and he has an advantage there over the other 3. Plus he's a defensive monster.
Blocker - might be the most talented when it's all said and done but it's going to be tough for a freshman to win the PG spot over the experienced guys he'll be competing with. Muss compares his game to Notae, so he's got that going for him.
Ellis - he's got a little Notae to him too. Can stretch the defense, score in a variety of ways. Turns the ball over a little too much, might be better served playing off the ball, but I don't see him getting a starting spot at wing G, mainly due to size and defense.
Menifield - the advantage he has over the other 3 is weirdly that he probably isn't capable of playing at any other position. So if Muss wants him on the court, this is where he'll be. He's quick and a great ball handler, but so was Chris Lykes and that proved to not be a great match for MussBall

Update:
Nothing to report. Either nothing is happening, or everything is happening, but it's classified.
Ham out.

Devo called in on talk radio
Posted on 5/12/23 at 10:07 am to Pygthagorean Theorem
I haven’t listened to it but from the comments I’ve seen around it he basically said he’s not transferring and will either go pro or will come back to Arkansas.

I want him back but I hope he decides quickly while it’s still his decision. I’m surprised it’s taken this long in his case. He’s not on draft boards so the analysis would seem to be pretty cut and dry.

Supposedly, working out for an NBA team or two towards the end of the month. So, he likely won't announce anything until after those workouts and finds out where he stands with them.

If you believe the reports, it’s always going to be his decision.
Apparently Muss will make room when needed if that’s the case.
I’d guess he would leave his spot open for awhile though anyway.

1. GRANT NELSON FROM NORTH DAKOTA STATE

Favorite potential destination: Arkansas
Transfer Portal rating: 97
Grant Nelson would love to start cashing NBA paychecks. But if he returns to school, then Arkansas makes a ton of sense. You can't find a better front court running mate than Trevon Brazile. Arkansas' speed-it-up identity is exactly the system Nelson would need to fully unlock his grab-and-go skills in transition. The defensive upside would be undeniable. Arkansas also puts dudes in the pros. Nelson would have ample opportunity to raise his stock in a major way.

Not only is Walsh probably gone I think he goes higher than nsj based on the combine

Apparently Walsh is tearing it up at the combine.
His max vert dropped out but he’s still up pretty good I think.

NOW it clicks
I told y'all he'd develop his shot. Just didn't think it'd be weeks after the end of our season.

Definitely has a higher floor than NSJ.
