38th pick was traded to Boston.

Jordan might get some defensive run with Celtics trading Smart away and likely not resigning Grant Williams.

Charlotte sucks for NSJ but I like the Magic and Celtics landing spots. May have to watch a lot more east coast basketball next year it seems.

Ricky Council IV goes undrafted, but will be one of the most coveted UDFAs. Expect him to sign with someone tonight.

Council has two-way deal with 76ers.

Unfortunately, you are correct to a degree. The talent was there, we just didn't get to see but brief flashes of his potential due to the majority of his time with us injured. If he had played the full season, I think he would have been a lottery pick.

Got to say I got roasted over the coals all year for saying nsj was a borderline 1st round pick all year.

And you were wrong, congrats.

Sanogo

Dude probably could have made close to $1M in NIL had he transferred to a place like Arkansas.

I don't get it. He should know that the NBA now only wants 18-19 yr old "potentials" our of the draft now.

I think everybody ended up in pretty decent spots.

AB - Orlando runs positionless basketball like Muss does. He's built for their system at 6'7 and can play decent defense at the 1-3 spots.

NSJ - This kid has had pressure on him for the last 2 years and needed to land somewhere that would give him some time to get his legs back under him. Charlotte is a great place to do that because, its the Hornets. Who actually watches or cares about the Hornets?

Walsh - Marcus Smart just walked out the door to head to Memphis. Jordan isn't Marcus Smart but give him a year or two in the league and he might be able to fill that roll on a team who was in the NBA Finals.

Ricky - Ricky is athletic and if he can find a 3 pt shot he may have a chance to develop into a decent bench player for the 76er's. Outside of Embiid and Harden what do they really have? They had 0 draft picks this draft and can only sign free agents to fill in holes in their roster.

NSJ is an incredibly talented player but anyone who watched the NCAA tournament with an ounce of objectivity knew his draft stock had taken an absolute beating.

Very good point. I routinely forget Charlotte even exists.

I'm so happy we get to see Brandon Miller and Nick Smith Jr. on the same team again in Charlotte. They were one of the most exciting duos in AAU bball for Brad Beal Elite and made each other better. Kudos to Charlotte's scouting team for recognizing the on-court chemistry.
